May is Mental Health Month…And a good time for leaders to pause and do a wellness check-in. The ability to gauge well-being often starts with identifying what you are feeling by way of language. Take a moment and check-in with yourself.

- What thoughts have lingered with you today?
- As you consider these things, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being excellent), how emotionally healthy do you consider yourself in this moment?
We all need tools in our toolkit to help us be more precise in identifying where we are emotionally. You can use this feelings wheel to help identify where you are today. As you recognize where you are, take a deep breath and just be present. There is power in being.
