Erika Norton

Erika Norton is a senior manager for SST’s Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) Department. In her role, Erika manages client relations, leads the department technology division and supports business development pursuits. With 26 years of professional experience, she specializes in providing tailored services to higher education institutions and nonprofit organizations. Erika spent the first 13 years of her career in product management, transitioning to accounting in 2011. She joined SST in 2016 and quickly progressed from virtual controller to accounting manager to senior manager. Raised in Latin America, Erika is fluent in Spanish, she received a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and a post-graduate degree in marketing management from Universidad APEX, a private university in the Dominican Republic. Throughout her career, Erika has received numerous recognitions, including “Best Salesperson of the Year” and “Best Manager” during her time at La Ibérica, and she was recently awarded SST’s Integrity & Honesty Award for exemplifying the firm’s core values.
