Pastoral Care Leadership Retreat

Dear RCC Cohort,

The 2025 Pastoral Care - Leadership Retreat has been thoughtfully designed with you and your church in mind! Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with fellow cohort members and deepen your understanding of trauma and pastoral care, particularly among pastors and communities of color.

Retreat Information

• Date and Time: Friday, February 21, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Description: A full day of learning from nationally recognized experts in psychology, psychotherapy, and pastoral counseling.
• Meals: Breakfast and lunch are included.

Lodging

• Alliance has arranged lodging for all attendees.

Transportation

• Alliance will cover the cost of travel for out-of-town attendees only. 
• Please retain all travel receipts for mileage reimbursement.

How to Register

1. As the primary contact, you will need to provide:
   • Your email address.
   • Information about “your plus one (1),” who will also attend the retreat.
   • This ensures all attendees receive updates and notifications.

1. The primary contact is the individual who submitted the Resilient Church Collective application.
2. If you cannot attend, please select a representative to register as the primary contact for the retreat.
3. Registration Deadline: Friday, January 24.
