Leadership Retreat & Finale

Registration Deadline: Monday, September 22

All RCC Cohorts,

We are excited to announce the 2025 Cohort Leadership Retreat & Finale on Friday, October 17, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.—an event designed with you and your ministry in mind!

If you arrive early on Thursday, October 16 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.), you’ll be welcomed with a special grab-and-go dinner to kick off a memorable weekend of fellowship.

This milestone gathering brings the 2022–2024 RCC cohorts back together to celebrate the finale of the Resilient Church Collective’s five-year journey. Together, we will:

  • Reconnect with fellow leaders,
  • Celebrate your accomplishments, and
  • Strengthen your trauma-informed community for ongoing ministry impact.

Dynamic sessions will be led by the RCC Steering Committee’s expert psychologists and psychotherapists—equipping you with practical tools and inspiration as we close this chapter and launch into what’s next.

Don’t miss this powerful time of connection, celebration, and commissioning!
