Ginny has both local and international community development experience living and serving in marginalized communities. Ginny has worked with three other social impact organizations over the past fifteen years, so she brings a wealth of knowledge about cross-cultural collaboration.
In this position, Ginny will work closely with Alliance's leadership and in partnership with the Hogg Foundation and the five communities to develop collaborative solutions that address mental health and well being of communities at the systems level.
Ginny holds a Master of International Business Administration from Gardner-Webb University and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas. Ginny enjoys all things outdoors and is committed to her community and her church.
