Dr. Jackie Roese – Luncheon Speaker for the May 4 Women Leading Greater Good Forum

 

The Fifth Annual Women Leading Greater Good Forum™ (Forum) will be on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the Hackberry Creek Country Club, 1901 W Royal Ln, Irving, TX 75063.  The power-packed program is scheduled from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.   The 2017 Forum theme will address the wellbeing of women. When women are healthy and educated, their strength creates a positive ripple effect for their families and communities. When the women are financially secure, families and communities are strong and stable (Dallas Women’s Foundation, 2017).

screenshot-2017-04-18-21-52-28Alliance for Greater Works’ president, Sherrye Willis, is pleased to announce the 2017 Forum luncheon speaker– Dr. Jackie Roese. Jackie is the Founder and President of The Marcella Project, a ministry committed to ennobling women through Scripture – focused teaching, training and dialogue. She has a Master in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a DMin in Preaching from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Jackie spent eight years serving in a megachurch as Teaching Pastor to Women as well as serving on the Sunday morning preaching team. She has written more than fifteen bible studies and authored two books, She Can Teach and Lime Green: Reshaping Our View of Women in the Church. She’s taught at women’s conferences in Africa and at home in the U.S., and trained women here and abroad to preach through her She Can Teach course.
